Hood River Event site 1-15-07
		Historic flood events affecting Hood River during the fall of 2006 resulted in a tremendous mud and sand deposition on what was already a large sandbar extending downriver from the river's mouth. The result is a massive mud bar choking off the mouth of the Sternwheeler landing AND most of the windsurfing access to the Event Site itself. This shot was at high water. It is worse than it looks.
